SALT INTAKE AND HEALTH- THE TRUE STORY (FOR THE MOMENT)

Medicine is finally catching up with my beliefs. If you have hypertension that's sensitive to your salt intake, control how much you eat. If you have kidney disease or heart failure, or certain types of liver disease, salt is dangerous. If not, enjoy it. HOW MUCH SALT IS SAFE?
